Horrible Customer Service - Lack of Professionalism - Dont Count on Your ReimbursementThe receptionist has absolutely no customer service skills, her English is not very good and she never gets back to you without you having to follow up multiple times. No initiative by her or the clinic.First visit - the Dentist (there are two: a male and female.. this is the female Dr) was over 40 minutes late. I had to leave due to work. No one ever called to apologize or ask me to reschedule.Second visit - only booked it again because its covered by my insurance plan. Booked with a different dentist (the male Dr) based on the first experience. This was fine - he was lovely.It took over 3 months for them to get my insurance reimbursement claim sorted out. I called every couple of weeks to check on it with promises Id be called back, told that they hadnt even submitted yet and then that the money was waiting but NOT to come until they called me to do so (which they never did because it wasnt true as I later found out). I ended up having to speak to the manager of the clinic after the receptionist was no help (not surprising based on description above). When given the reimbursement claim form, they wrote the wrong description (i.e. I went in for tooth pain and they wrote polishing) so, I was denied by my health plan in getting the money back. Frankly, Im too annoyed to chase it anymore.I would NEVER go back nor would I recommend it to anyone with or without coverage.

Best dentist ever! I not only have good things to say about Dubai Smile Dental Clinic! As far as any visit to a dentist can be described as pleasant these folks go out of the way to make that possible. From front desk to the Doctor herself everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The Jumeirah, Dubai dental office is also look great and new. Love this place. If you have to go to the dentist try this place.

I worked as a star, but I tell you the dental doctors, all of them with their conscience and commercials, but I went to Klinka Joel when I was sick and I regretted that I had 10 without my needs and without asking for criminals.

Unfortunately, the doctor broke the tooth and then asked for a lot of money to fix it. There is no credibility in this clinic. God suffices me, and yes, the agent, even the owner of the clinic knows, but does not move.

Unfortunately, the name is great, but I was shocked by the doctor, who had an appointment with me instead of what works for my teeth. It ruined it, and he says that something is broken, and it is to break the age and its correctness, and the amount that is never worth 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Unfortunately, but with a standard level
